1. Accessing Your Event

• You will receive your event access link (Zoom or other platform) via:
• Your Majik Gift account chat
• This link will be sent prior to the event.

2. Joining the Event

• Click your access link 5–10 minutes before the start time
• Follow the prompts to join the session
• Ensure your name is clearly displayed when entering

3. Technical Requirements

For the best experience, we recommend:

• A stable internet connection
• A device with audio (camera optional unless stated)
• Updated Zoom or browser version

Optional:

• Headphones for clearer sound

4. During the Event

• Please keep your microphone muted unless invited to speak
• Follow instructions from the host or moderator
• Be respectful of all participants

5. Troubleshooting

If you experience issues:

• Try refreshing or re-clicking your link
• Check your internet connection
• Restart your device if needed

6. Late Entry

• You may still be able to join after the event has started
• However, some events may restrict late entry to avoid disruption

7. Recording & Privacy

• Recording or sharing the event without permission is not allowed

8. Responsibility

Majik Gift – Cancellation & Refund Policy (Events)

Healing the World Together

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, changes, and refunds for all events booked through the Majik Gift platform.

1. General Policy

All event bookings are subject to this policy, along with any specific terms outlined in the individual event listing.

2. Customer Cancellations

• All event bookings are non-refundable
• If you are unable to attend, you may request:
• A transfer to another person, or
• A credit, where approved

Requests must be made prior to the event start time.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Failure to attend an event without notice will be considered a no-show
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows

4. Event Changes

Majik Gift or the Lightworker may:

• Reschedule the event
• Change the venue, format, or time if required

Where possible, notice will be provided.

5. Cancellation by Lightworker

If an event is cancelled by the Lightworker a full credit will be placed on your Majik Gift account

This credit can be used toward:

• Future events
• Services or bookings on the platform

6. Online Events

• If you are unable to attend a live online event, refunds are not guaranteed
• Access to replays (if available) will be outlined in the event details

7. No Guaranteed Readings

• Attendance at an event does not guarantee a personal reading
• This does not qualify for a refund

8. Platform Role

• Majik Gift acts as a platform connecting attendees and Lightworkers
• We support fair outcomes and may assist in resolving disputes where necessary

9. Final Decision

All refund and credit decisions are at the discretion of Majik Gift, in line with this policy.

Healing the World Together

These Host Terms apply to all Lightworkers and organisers (“Hosts”) running events through the Majik Gift platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By hosting an event on Majik Gift, you agree to:

• Comply with these Terms and all Majik Gift policies
• Deliver events with professionalism, integrity, and respect
• Maintain the standard and reputation of the Majik Gift platform

2. Event Responsibility

Hosts are responsible for:

• Planning, organising, and delivering their event
• Providing accurate event details including:
• Date, time, and duration
• Location or online access
• Event description and inclusions

All information must be clear, accurate, and up to date.

3. Event Delivery

Hosts must:

• Deliver events as advertised
• Start and finish within reasonable timeframes
• Provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

For online events:

• Ensure links are sent on time
• Maintain a stable and functional setup

For in-person events:

• Ensure the venue is suitable and compliant

4. Communication

• Hosts must communicate clearly and professionally with attendees
• Any changes, delays, or cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible

5. Bookings & Attendance

• Hosts must honour all confirmed bookings
• Overbooking or mismanagement of capacity must be avoided
• Hosts are responsible for managing attendance and check-in

6. Payments & Fees

• All ticket sales must be processed through Majik Gift
• Hosts agree to Majik Gift’s commission and fee structure
• Payouts will be made in accordance with platform payment schedules

7. Cancellations & Changes

• Hosts must provide reasonable notice for any cancellations or changes
• If a Host cancels an event:
• A full credit will be issued to all attendees

Repeated cancellations may result in account review or removal.

8. Conduct & Environment

Hosts must:

• Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment
• Ensure no harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour occurs
• Manage attendees appropriately during the event

9. Prohibited Content

Hosts must not:

• Provide medical, legal, or financial advice
• Make false claims or guarantees
• Promote harmful or misleading content

10. Health & Safety (In-Person Events)

Hosts are responsible for:

• Ensuring venue safety
• Following local laws and regulations
• Taking reasonable steps to protect attendees

11. Recordings & Media

• Hosts must inform attendees if events are being recorded
• Consent must be obtained where required
• Content must be used respectfully and appropriately

12. Liability

• Hosts are fully responsible for their events
• Majik Gift is not liable for:
• Event outcomes
• Attendee experiences
• Venue or technical issues

Majik Gift acts as a platform only.

13. Suspension & Termination

Majik Gift reserves the right to:

• Remove events or listings
• Suspend or terminate Host accounts
• Take action where policies are breached

14. Agreement

By hosting an event on Majik Gift, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to comply with all policies
• Accept full responsibility for your event and conduct
